Staff Interviews

The Residents Advisory Group has input into the residents’ interview process and questions were selected to be put forward to potential support staff when they are doing their site visit as part of the inter-view process.

Mock interviews were held with Sarah & Kim so that everyone had an opportunity to experience an interview.
